The fictional Locke & Valentine Bolt-Action Pistol No. 1 is based on the very real Remington XP-100. This .221 caliber pistol dates from 1963. The actual stock is made from wood-colored nylon plastic, so just accept these delightful curves as part of Locke’s superior craftsmanship! I also photoshopped the scope from the original photograph.
