Warner revolving rifle. The “Warner Solid Frame Revolving Rifle” of 1851 is depicted above, fitted with a traditional percussion cap system and a manually-rotated cylinder. The tiny spur in front of the trigger unlatches the cylinder for rotation. The ramrods are removed to work the loading lever. Photograph from Collectors Firearms.
